Include what you were trying to do, the error message, and your browser. For a conversion issue, tell us the file size, page count, and whether text can be selected in the PDF. Send a redacted screenshot or a non-sensitive sample only if it helps explain the problem.

Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or confidential documents.

Privacy and account requests

To request access, correction, or deletion, email us from your account email address and explain what you need. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership. A request is reviewed before data is deleted.
